Coaching & Instruction 

• Teach private lessons, group clinics, and specialized programs for juniors, adults, and seniors. 

• Conduct player evaluations and orientation sessions for new members. 

• Design customized programs to meet individual goals and skill levels. 

• Enforce club policies and maintain a safe, professional teaching environment. 

• Maintain teaching courts and ensure proper setup, breakdown, and cleanliness. 

Customer Service & Pro Shop Operations 

• Greet and assist customers in-person and via phone with a focus on high-quality service. 

• Schedule clinics and private lessons, respond to inquiries, and manage guest requests. 

• Manage merchandise sales, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory in the pro shop. 

• Perform racquet stringing services. 

• Handle payments accurately and maintain transaction records. 

Program & Member Engagement 

• Promote and encourage participation in club tennis programs and events. 

• Schedule lessons, reserve courts, and coordinate teaching calendars. 

• Assist with marketing and increasing visibility of tennis programs. 

• Provide detailed information on tennis programs, services, and membership benefits. 

Professionalism & Conduct 

• Represent the club with a professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and conduct. 

• Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled appointments and duties. 

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism. 

• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative work environment across departments.
