Bringing Yoga to the Court
Incorporating yoga into training doesn’t mean replacing workouts — it means enhancing them. I design sport-specific yoga sessions for the athletes I coach, tailored to their physical needs and performance goals. Whether it’s using yoga for recovery, strength-building, or for mental reset, the benefits go far beyond the mat.
